It may seem as though I’ve given up… Aha! I fooled you, I have not given up. I am in fact, repeating Week 2. I moved on to Week 3 a bit unprepared and didn’t think that blogging the same thing twice was a good idea. More updates next week!

1HUNDREDPUSHUPS: Week 2, Day 2..
I managed to finish today with a maximum of 15… which is what’s required but I was hoping to exceed this minimum rather than have it be my maximum. There’s an endurance test coming up at the end of the week… I’m kind of excited to see how I fare and hopefully I’ll see some improvement there!

I was surprised today when I did the first push up of the day… there was a lot less resistance on the way back up than there was last week but needless to say, things got tough towards the end and I reckon this is how it will continue to be throughout the rest of the week. I’m looking forward to seeing how things pan out :)

I just bought this app today… I plan to use it as much as possible. Since starting the 100 push ups challenge I’ve been a lot more motivated to get off the sofa and stay active… with the beach nearby, it should be handy :)

So I’ve made it through the first week… my muscles feel sore and strained but I guess that means something’s working! At the end of Day 2 I really didn’t think I’d be able to complete Day 3 but to be honest I surprised myself. So far so good… I’ll start Week 2 on Monday!

…Maybe the third column was a little too much! My muscles feel strained, but i’ll see how i feel at the weekend. If anything, that’s a good thing though… it means the push ups are more than likely working.
