I’ve found that organising things, whether it be my iTunes library or my DVD collection, it relieves stress considerably. I remember reading an article a while back about how organising and de-cluttering can relieve stress because it helps you feel like you’re resolving problems and sorting things out. In turn you feel much happier and end up with a very neatly organised iTunes library :P
