at approximately 4am i woke in a sweat…i turned over and went back to sleep til 6am…i woke in that same sweat…8am came and the room was spinning as i pushed the refresh button in my dream…each time i clicked refresh the room began to spin more and more, i stumbled out of bed and to the bathroom where my insides tried to force themselves out of me…fortunately only my stomach succeeded in making a mess of the toilet.
